We held six regional engagement events across England and Wales during January and February 2017, attended by around 500 people from across organisations that work with children and young people – including health services, police, local authorities, youth offending services, education and the voluntary and community sector.
We asked those attending to help shape the future of the Centre by telling us where they think the gaps in both evidence and support for improving practice are, as well as identifying promising practice.
We then used the invaluable input from our engagement events as the basis of a consultation to inform decisions on our priorities.

The first part of this, asking for your help in deciding which gaps in evidence we should focus on, has just closed.
