Youth Counselling Service (On Trak)

On Trak is a counselling service for young people who, at the time of referral, are experiencing mental health problems that are likely to respond positively to 'talk-based' therapies. Following an initial assessment, the young person referred may be offered short, medium or long-term one-to-one counselling, usually on a weekly basis. Where it is felt to be appropriate and beneficial, the young person may be referred or directed to other support services. This service is for children and young people (aged 14-18 years old).
