Help us write guidance on family justice processes

For this tender, we are seeking someone to help us write guidance for professionals on working with children and families going through public and private family law proceedings.

Can you help us expand our guidance to help professionals deliver an effective response for sexually abused children during criminal and family justice processes?

The CSA Centre is expanding it’s Child Sexual Abuse Response Pathway – our free interactive online resource for professionals to help them protect and support children and their families when there are concerns of sexual abuse, from first concerns and early help safeguarding through to child protection and criminal justice.

In this Invitation to tender (ITT), we are commissioning an individual, team or organisation to write a series of short guidance documents to support professionals working with children and their families going through public and private family law proceedings.

Successful applicants will have between July 2025 and February 2026 to produce up to 8 concise guidance documents for inclusion in the Response Pathway (with all first drafts submitted by mid-October).

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 4th July.
