Peter joined the CSA Centre in 2022, and works to ensure that the team’s research, policy and practice expertise can be found by as wide an audience as possible. He works with CSA Centre colleagues to develop communications strategies championing our latest research and resources, designs digital content for the organisation’s online channels, and has collaborated with organisations across the sector to help promote policies and responses which best support children, adults and families impacted by child sexual abuse.

Prior to joining the Policy and Communications team, Peter produced digital content for banking and STEM education organisations. He studied journalism and gained a master’s degree in International Public and Political Communication. He has an interest in how the news media and their audiences engage with humanitarian crises, and his dissertation focused on news audiences’ compassionate engagement with coverage of distant crises by traditional media and on social media.
