Senior Digital Communications Officer

We are looking for a talented and proactive Senior Digital Communications Officer to help us grow our online reach and influence our main audiences.

Can you turn complex information into engaging digital content that drives reach and impact? Do you enjoy improving websites, increasing audience engagement and helping colleagues embrace digital-first ways of working? Are you equally comfortable working with web developers, creating accessible content for professional audiences, and using analytics to show what success looks like? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

As part of our brilliant Communications and Policy team, you’ll help deliver both our communications and digital strategies, ensuring that the CSA Centre continues to provide high-quality, accessible and user-focused digital content as we drive greater awareness of our sector-leading research, practice tools, and digital support hubs for victims and survivors, among multi-agency professionals, the voluntary sector, and wider support services. You’ll be our champion for digital-first communications, helping colleagues embrace new approaches, improve collaboration, and maximise the impact of their work.

You’ll play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and improvement of our digital presence, working closely with external web contractors and internal colleagues to enhance user experience, accessibility and search performance. From managing website content to identifying opportunities for innovation, you’ll ensure our digital channels and outputs reflect the quality of the CSA Centre’s work.
