Since we were founded in 2017, the CSA Centre has sought to improve understanding of and response to child sexual abuse by shaping systemic change in England & Wales, to better protect children. By working with us you will be uniquely placed to tackle child sexual abuse alongside our colleagues across policy, practice, research, and training.

Vacancy: Policy Manager
Closing date: 4th August 2025
Salary: £38,864 – £52,520 plus Office at Home Allowance – £312 per annum
Help us raise awareness of the true scale and nature of sexual abuse and drive evidence-informed improvements in policy and practice as our new Policy Manager. In this role, you will play an important role in developing and delivering the CSA Centre’s policy influencing activities over the immediate and longer term, helping us to ensure that our evidence, learning and resources have the widest possible reach and impact at both local and national level.
Tender: Developing the Response Pathway
Closing date: 14th August 2025
Budget: £15,000 – £20,000
For this project, we are seeking a skilled team or organisation to build and host a redesigned, user-friendly version of our existing Child Sexual Abuse Response Pathway. Successful applicants will design a new and improved Response Pathway, so that more professionals are encouraged to use our resource, can easily find the guidance they are looking for, and are enabled to regularly use it in their own work identifying, responding to and protecting children affected by sexual abuse.
