24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line is a telephone helpline and online chat service provided by the charity Rape Crisis England and Wales. This service is for anyone aged 16+ in England and Wales who has been affected by rape, child sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment or any other form of sexual violence – at any point in their life. This includes people who have experienced sexual violence or abuse themselves, as well as their friends, family or anyone else who is trying to support them.

ACTS FAST

ACTS FAST support the non- abusing parents and carers of children, under 18, who have been sexually abused and those parenting children, under 18, with a partner who has been arrested for online child sexual abuse offences. ACTS FAST are currently being funded to do this work across the South West, which includes anyone who lives in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire.

Adolescent At-Risk and Forensic Services (AAFS)

Adolescent At-risk and Forensic Service (AAFS) is a specialist CAMHS service at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust offering evidence-based assessment, consultation and treatment for young people who are engaged in, or present significant risk of offending behaviour. This can include, but is not limited to, serious violence, fire-setting, and sexually harmful behaviour.

AFRUCA (Africans Unite Against Child Abuse) is a charity providing advocacy support for Black and Ethnic communities pan-London and Manchester around child abuse linked to cultural practices, child trafficking, modern slavery and exploitation. It is not specifically focused on offering support with child sexual abuse but will support its service users with this when appropriate.

Anawim – Birmingham’s Centre for Women

Anawim – Birmingham’s Centre for Women offer gender-informed and trauma-responsive wraparound support to enable women to reach their potential. Working with more than 2000 women a year through advocacy, counselling, crisis intervention, and intensive long-term specialist support both in the community in Birmingham and in prison. This includes one-to-one therapeutic support for women affected by child sexual abuse.
