Hilda has over 20 years of experience in administration, customer service and operations across the training, hospitality, and travel sectors. She currently works as a Training Programme Administrator at the CSA Centre, supporting the coordination and delivery of the Centre’s training programme.

Prior to joining the CSA Centre, Hilda spent over 12 years working in financial training, where she managed the administration of training programmes, coordinated trainers and delegates, and supported both face-to-face and online training. She also has extensive experience in conference and events management, as well as customer service and financial administration.

Hilda enjoys keeping things organised and working behind the scenes to ensure that training runs smoothly and that trainers and participants have a positive experience.
