Prishila joined the CSA Centre in 2026 as a Business Support Officer within the Practice Improvement team. She supports a range of the Centre’s programmes, including the Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) programme for Multi-Agency Child Protection Teams and the Practice Leads Programme.

Prishila brings over five years’ experience spanning the charity, business, marketing and media sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and a master’s degree in Project Management. She chairs the Women’s Network for London and SE in Barnardo’s and is passionate about mission-driven work and technology, especially initiatives that support women and children.
